Our Role
Peoria Green is more than just a boutique condo development—it’s a tight-site, multi-phase steel erection project that demanded expert coordination and flawless execution. We worked closely with the general contractor, and the steel team, to develop a phased lift plan that adapted to the site’s constraints while keeping the project on schedule.
- Phase 1: Tower One: Starting from the ground up, we set the steel for the first tower, using a controlled lift path to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Phase 2: Site Shift & Connector Structure: With the first tower complete, we shifted our crane setup to the opposite side of the property—a move that required careful planning and flawless execution. This phase was all about timing and precision. Multiple lift plans were developed to account for the changing load paths and structure geometry, ensuring that every piece came together safely and accurately. By adapting our approach, we kept the site fully operational while staging and lifting materials for both the connector structure and second tower—without causing delays or disruptions.
- Phase 3: Final Tower & Wrap-Up: With tight overhead clearances and narrow staging zones, our certified Local 150 operators delivered every lift with precision—staying within budget and on schedule.
